Lobsters never stop growing - but we don't really know how long they live because lobster traps are only designed to catch smaller lobsters. They're tricky to catch as well because they will eat each other if they're hungry and there's no other tasty snacks available! They have teeth in their stomachs - well sort of - they use a gastric mill-like process to break up their food in their stomachs.
